Full event production for the Republika Srpska kickboxing championship
Three months of preparation for a national kickboxing championship in Derventa: visual identity, print, fighter promotion, social content and a live broadcast on the day.
The challenge
A championship of this size needs communication that holds together from the first announcement to the accreditation badge on the day. The difficulty was not any single piece. It was tying a large number of formats and touchpoints — digital and physical, months apart — into one visual system that does not fall apart under deadline.
What we did
Across three months of preparation we developed the event's visual direction and produced every key communication piece: the main identity and promotional graphics, fighter and bout announcements, invitations, accreditation and print material. Digital content ran alongside the design work, and on the day itself we produced the live broadcast.
The outcome
A championship with one recognizable system across every phase — from months of promotion through to the event itself. We were involved in creative production, artwork, printed material, digital communication and the live production on the night.
