- Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 Central European Time. That is 3:00–13:00 in New York, so a question sent before lunch on the US East Coast is answered the same day.

- Euros, by bank transfer from our European entity. You pay half before we start and half when we hand over; larger projects run on three stage payments.
- NDA
- Signed before the first file moves, on request. Standard for every white label engagement.
- Reply time
- One business day. If we cannot take the work, you hear that in the same reply rather than a week later.
