Who processes your data

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you submit a form on this site we receive your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to write — company, country, phone, budget range and your message. We do not collect anything else, and there is no account to create.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the agreement. That is the legal basis: your request, and the performance of a contract. We do not use your data for anything else, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Data related to projects we carried out is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, and no longer.

Who it is shared with

Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, which passes the message to our email and does not store it. Our email is hosted with a standard provider. We do not sell data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. Video thumbnails load from YouTube only after you click to play a clip, and at that point YouTube applies its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to processing. Write tokontakt@s1.digital and we respond within thirty days. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to project files and client accounts is limited to the people working on the project. We do not store payment card details at any point.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting data we already hold are communicated by email to the clients concerned rather than published quietly.
