Six stages, and what happens in each
Most of what goes wrong on a project goes wrong because nobody agreed who does what and when. This is how we avoid that. It is also how you can tell, by stage three, whether this is working.
- 01
Call
60 minutesWe listen to what you are building, who buys from you and what is holding it up. We do not pitch, because pitching is pointless before we know whether we can help.
You
- You say where you are and where you want to be
- You show what exists — site, profiles, material
Us
- We review what you have before the call
- We say honestly whether we are the right studio
- 02
Proposal
2–4 daysA written proposal on one page: scope, stages, deadline and price. No small print, and no line items that appear at the end.
You
- You read it and ask about anything unclear
- You confirm, or ask us to change the scope
Us
- We break the scope down item by item
- We state what is not included, so it is known upfront
- 03
Preparation
1–2 weeksWe collect what the project needs — access, existing files, product data. This is where projects usually lose time, so it gets planned separately rather than assumed.
You
- You gather access and material
- You name one person who decides
Us
- We send a checklist rather than a vague request
- We chase what is missing instead of waiting
- 04
Build
depends on scopeWork happens in stages and you see each one before we move to the next. Changes early are free and fast. Changes late are expensive and slow, which is why we show you early.
You
- You review each stage and respond
- You raise objections while they are cheap
Us
- We work in the open, on a staging link
- We flag anything that will cause a problem later
- 05
Review
3–5 daysBefore anything goes live we check everything — speed, mobile, accessibility, copy, links and the search foundations. This is the stage most agencies skip.
You
- You do a final read of the copy
- You confirm what goes live and when
Us
- We test on real devices and browsers
- We fix what the testing finds before launch
- 06
Handover
1 dayYou get everything — source files, access, documentation and training. From that moment you do not depend on us, and that is deliberate.
You
- You receive files, access and instructions
- Your team runs a short training session
Us
- We hand over every credential
- We stay available for 30 days of fixes
How payment works
One payment up front, one on handover. Bigger projects split into three payments tied to stages rather than dates, so you pay for work that exists.
Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of the month. Advertising budget is paid separately and goes directly to Google or Meta — we do not take a percentage of it.
Invoicing is in euros by bank transfer, from our European entity.
Start with the call
Sixty minutes, no obligation, and an honest answer about whether we fit.
